Congratulations to Richmond Figure Skating Club member Ken Mikawa! This year Ken became the first from our club to qualify for the senior men’s US National Championships. Coached by Lea Rizer and Tracey Solomons-Henn, Ken began skating at Skate Nation Plus in the Learn to Skate program when he was four years old. Now a 22 year old VCU graduate, he will travel to St. Louis, Missouri, to compete with the best skaters in the country. Ken, we are so proud of you and will be cheering loudly from RVA!
