Minutes of the Board Meeting – Dec. 19, 2011
The regular meeting of the RFSC Board was held Dec. 19, 2011 at Julie Davi’s house, was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Attendees were Julie Davi, Laurie Brand, Robbie Condit and Maria Lightfoot. At 7:30 it is open to all club members, no members showed.
Falling Leaves Business
To be scheduled Sept. 29 and 30th, 2012. Kevin will e-mail back the confirmation.
Regionals will be Oct. 19, 2012 in North Carolina.
New Business Website review
Test session: Sign-up for test sessions will now be on the website 4 weeks in advance.
Discussed out of town test fee. Up to $50.00 of out of town cost.
Dec. test session had 72 tests from 7:30 till 5:00pm.
National skating month is one week in January.

Angi manages RFSC website. RFSC would like to ask Angi if we could update RFSC website for 2012 and if she needs help doing so.
Stephanie Brand will redo the bulletin board.
Jenni Lee will continue the hospitality for test sessions.
Madison Strauss and Mamie Woolfolk received medals for completing all tests in moves a and freestyle at the Christmas show.
Laurie Brand thought it would be nice to make a plaque with all RFSC members who have passed and completed their tests. Robbie will look for named from the past. RFSC needs to talk to Brad if we could hang and where we could hang plaques. Laurie will look into cost and style.
Next meeting is scheduled for Jan 16, at 7:00 pm at Julie Davi’s house. All members are welcome to come at 7:30.
