RFSC Board Meeting Notes 12/16/08

The meeting was held at 7:00 p.m.

Attendees:
Robbie, Karen, Carol, Teresa

New Business:

• Coach’s fees will be billed to each coach to be paid up for the year of 2008.
• Discussed the new freestyle schedule
• Robbie will collect passes for the morning sessions
• Send an e-mail to all members informing them of the new schedule.

Holiday Show:

• Food is taken care of.
• SNP to help with decorations?  Start decorating @ 5:00 Thursday of the show.
• Nets will be put up for the show.
• Volunteer schedule will be set up.
• Determine number of seats.

Meeting Adjourned @ 8:25 p.m.

No meeting in January, 2009.
